Royal Wedding advocates modern slavery survivors

Princess Eugenie, a member of the British Royal family has just gotten married. While with all royal weddings comes elegant dresses, luxurious jewelry and dapper suits, Princess Eugenie as incorporated something new.  Princess Eugenie along with her family have been dedicated to many different charity works, from Asian Elephants, working closely with the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, and now sex trafficking.

Like many weddings this royal wedding included gifts for attendees, but these goody bags were produced by The Women’s Interlink Foundation, which helps to rescue young women who have been exposed to domestic abuse and trafficking into the sex trade.  Eugenie has also helped set up, “Key to Freedom” fashion label which has been received into stores like Topshop.
